ELISA

The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is a well-established cost-effective plate-based analytical technique used for the detection and quantification of soluble substances such as proteins, peptides, antibodies, and hormones. The service covers the execution of standard commercial kits as well as the complete de novo development and validation of custom ELISAs tailored to specific analytical requirements. The workflow includes sample processing from a variety of biological matrices (e.g., serum, plasma, urine, cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates) across multiple species, including murine models and large animals. We offer in-house antibody conjugation and biotinylation services and assay development. In addition, we provide custom development of non-commercially available antibodies or antisera, as well as recombinant production and sequence optimization of a wide range of antibody formats from customer-provided sequences using mammalian expression systems
