ECLIA on the MSD platform

Electrochemiluminescence immunoassays (ECLIA) on the Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) platform combine ultra-sensitive detection, broad dynamic range, and multiplexing capabilities to deliver high-quality biomarker data from limited sample volumes. Using the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120MM platform, up to 10 analytes can be quantified simultaneously in a single well, enabling comprehensive profiling of inflammatory, immunological, and metabolic pathways.

Compared to conventional ELISA workflows, ECLIA technology provides enhanced sensitivity, wider quantification ranges, and increased analytical efficiency through multiplex analysis, maximizing the amount of information obtained from valuable preclinical samples.

Our services support pharmacokinetic assessment of biotherapeutics, biomarkers profiling, pharmacodynamic studies, and translational research across rodent, large-animal, and human matrices. Both commercial ECLIA panels and custom-developed assays can be implemented to meet specific project requirements.
